Statement of beliefs: I am Dr. Adam Wynns. I run this faith-based organization. (FBO) We believe all are born of One God and follow Natural Law. We believe in Right vs Wrong and knowing exactly what is right and what is wrong. There are no grey areas. Something is either right or it is wrong. It is our belief that we are all born healthy and we are all born wealthy. Yes, there are edge cases but most all of us including you, was born of God, The Creator with more than enough food to eat, a roof over your head, and your needs were also met in all needful ways. Health was also something given to most of us at birth, given by The Creator- God. Through environment, self-harm, and lifestyle choices we have in many cases degraded that heath from our original birthright. Since we came into existence both healthy and wealthy, we believe health and wealth is a God given right and it is not given by governmental statutory rulers. We do not believe it is the job of the government to manage our health or wealth. Both health care and wealth care are given to us by God. Health and Wealth is a God-given right communicated in all holy scripture as wisdom passed down through time. Through the separation of church and state and the constitution of the United States of America, our organization is a non-incorporated 508C1A FBO entity, formally created, and structured for man as a common law nonrevokable ecclesiastical trust, that we operate for and by one God, the Creator in which I am. The Winningest is our understanding of God and the striving towards that goal where God became man and acting as designed as Jesus Christ inside of us. We welcome all people from any religion or denominations. We believe that there is no need for governmental regulations on our health and what we choose to put into our bodies. We also believe that our wealth and health are God-given and we do not depend on the government to provide any such care. Health and Wealth are given to us at birth by God the creator. We have always had everything we needed from the creator. There are concepts in The Winningest and in the related opportunities and organizations affiliated, that may not at first seem to make sense to you. As you learn and grow in your knowledge of words and definitions and why things are the way they are, you will begin to be awakened, to the reality of this life. We are given the rules and natural law that pertain to us becoming the Winningest and these are paramount to getting what we want. We are not a religion, we simply educate those in matters of Natural Law to become The Winningest and reach God Level.
We welcome all religions and believe in A NONDENOMINATIONAL INTERFAITH CALLING OF KNOWLEDGE TO ALL OF; Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Baha’i, Hinduism, Taoism, Buddhism, Sikhism, Rodnoveri, Celtic pagan, Heathenism, Semitic pagan, Wicca, Kemetism, Hellenic pagan, Roman pagan.
“WHOSE FAITHS ARE BASED IN THE GOLDEN RULE OR ANY DERIVATIVE OF IT! “HAVING TRUE PEACEFUL LOVING HEARTS”. ISREAL MEANS THOSE HAVING A PURE HEART. A GOD HEART.
Regardless of your religion, we believe it is God that provides and we do not leave it to the government to provide you the tools for wealth or education of our minds for the simple reason we know where the word government came from. We are not a religion. This is why we do not follow the government’s teachings. BOTH IF YOU STUDY THE LATIN ROOT OF WORD MEANING IS ABOUT CONTROL OF THE MIND. WE ONLY BELIEVE IN SELF CONTROL OF THE MIND. The rules of health and wealth are set forth clearly in all holy manuscripts like the Torah, Bible, or Koran. All such books that religions are based on, teach the principles of health and wellness, there is no need for government intervention unless it follows natural law. These ancient books of knowledge are good resources to gain understanding. For example, fasting is a core belief in all three major religious books, yet in our current government health care system which is failing the vast majority of people, it is completely ignored and frowned upon. We live in a 3 meal a day culture set up by the “health department” of the gov. The current health care system has left the rules and wisdom provided by God, out of the equation. They actually create new rules that are against ancient wisdom such as 3 meals a day and the food pyramid. It is completely up to you to examine your faith, learn the laws, and live by such as you cannot depend on the government to provide you a healthy or wealthy path. It does not serve the government to have you healthy and wealthy and they want the opposite from you so that you can be more dependent on them and their system. I am here to show you that is not the way and instead follow The Winningest Way.
If you are currently on the path to find true knowledge and “Live the Good life” I will show you the next step in the way forward. There is a way to become The Winningest and natural law was created to show you the right way. The government’s programs for health and wealth have only proven to do the opposite and do not serve your best interest. Be wise. You already have been given all the tools of Wealth and Wellness, you simply need to practice and do the work. If you are religious and your current religion, synagog, mosque, or church has not made you wealthy or increased your wellness and health, now is the time to consider what the true purpose of following a religion actually is. When you transform your perceptions to utilize the tools that God created for you, you realize that anything not serving you and helping grow your health and wealth is not worth doing. If your religion, its leadership, or place of worship only takes money from you and does not give you tools to get, grow, and compound money, they have failed you. It is time to find a new way to follow. A true “religion” should be based on the premise that both health and wealth are God-given and it is their job as spiritual leaders to put you on the right path, on the money and the honey. You can find the source of health and wealth as God designed and intended, you simply need to find the right leaders and take action. If your faith-based organization whatever it is, does not make you healthier both mentally and physically and they do not provide you the resources and structure for physical and mental fitness and health, find a new one. A house of worship is simply a place to make yourself better and create. God created you healthy and wealthy and that should be the only direction the church takes you. If something does not serve to make you better it only makes you worse, get rid of it. If it makes you less, financially instead of growing, move on and be done with it. Expand your mind and the possibilities through the knowledge you will only find on the next pages and you will get back to the foundation God intended for you and you will become the Winningest in both your Health and Wealth.
My favorite quote: “There was a huge part of me that wanted to hole up and not share with you anymore, for fear of your criticism. My work is not perfect. Not even close. There are holes in my argument structure, problems with my description, spelling mistakes, and loads of places where I can’t help but smack my forehead at my simplicity and lack of depth. With all of its imperfections, there is one very important thing about what I accomplish: it is done. And by the end of the process, I accepted the age-old Ph.D. mantra: the only good work is done work.”
You are probably a lot like me- Dr. Adam Wynns
TRUTH FROM ERROR
“The word Satan means doubt. Desiring a certain state, reason may tell you it will be difficult to attain, and your friends may say it is impossible” (WITH GOD OR IN GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE)
“If you listen to them and doubt your desire’s fulfillment, Satan has made himself known to you.” “Your protractors – God and Satan – are always with you, for one is faith and the other doubt. Can you imagine you are the one you would like to be, and remain faithful to that assumption?”
“If you can and do, it will appear, and you will realize that its spiritual cause was the moment of assumption. ” – Neville Goddard
God is love.
The opposite of love is fear.
Fear is to have doubt.
With God all things are possible.
Satan also attempts to deceive us into believing that wrong is actually right (or at least not too bad) or that sinful actions will somehow achieve a greater good. (Genesis 3:1-5, Matthew 4:8-10, John 16:2, 2 Corinthians 11:3, 2 Corinthians 11:12-15, 2 Thessalonians 2:9-11, 1 John 4:1).
Satan is a powerful evil force (Jude 1:9, John 12:31, 1 Peter 5:8, 1 John 5:19), but he can be resisted with prayer and determination (Matthew 6:13, Ephesians 6:13-19):
No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it. (NIV, 1 Corinthians 10:13)
Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.(NRSV, James 4:7)
Names
Satan is also known by these names and titles in the Bible:
The devil (Matthew 4:1, John 8:44, Revelation 12:9, etc.) “Satan” comes from a Hebrew word meaning adversary. “Devil” comes from an equivalent Greek word also meaning adversary or slanderer.
Lucifer. It is often assumed that the reference to “morning star” in Isaiah 14:12-15 is a metaphorical reference to Satan. “Morning star” is an old name for the planet Venus, which is “Lucifer” in Latin. The King James Version of the Bible carried over the name Lucifer from the old Latin Bible without translating it into English, and thus Lucifer became another name for Satan.
The ruler of the power of the air (Ephesians 2:2)
The god of this world (2 Corinthians 4:4)
One who has the power of death (Hebrews 2:14)
The ruler of this world (John 12:31)
The cosmic powers of this present darkness, the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12)
Leviathan (Isaiah 27:1)
The great dragon (Revelation 12:9)
Angel of the bottomless pit, Abaddon, Apollyon (Revelation 9:11)
Beelzebub, the ruler of the demons (Matthew 12:24)
Beliar (2 Corinthians 6:15)
The evil one (Matthew 6:13, Ephesians 6:16, 1 John 5:19, etc.)
The tempter (1 Thessalonians 3:5)
The accuser of our comrades (Revelation 12:10)
A liar, father of lies (John 8:44)
JESUS CHRIST -Truth From Error
Although only a few are teaching this wonderful principle at the present time, many others will follow; and because the Christian world believes in a man, this question will be asked over and over: “Do you not believe that a man called Jesus Christ walked the earth?” It is my hope that I will be able to clarify this point for you tonight.
Listen to these words from scripture: “You will know the truth and the truth shall set you free. Thy Word is truth.” And speaking of Jesus Christ: “His name shall be called the Word of God.” Here we see he has a name, so he is a person, yet he is the Word, the truth that sets man free. Confessing that he came into the world to do his Father’s will, in the 6th chapter of the book of John he makes this statement: “This is the will of my Father, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in him should have eternal life.”
Now, there is not a truth (or a lie) that does not have a man as its agent, as it takes a man to express either a lie or a truth, and Jesus Christ is called the truth! So when you are called upon to answer the question: “Don’t you believe one unique man was born in 4 B.C. and named Jesus Christ?” answer it in this way: “Jesus Christ is not a man, but God’s plan of salvation.
One of the saddest and yet poignant statements in the Bible is recorded in the Book of Samuel. David’s son, Absalom revolted against him and tried to take over the kingdom. All during the battle, however, David inquired over and over again: “How is it with the lad, Absalom?” And when he receives the news of Absalom’s death he goes up to the chamber over the gate of Jerusalem and weeps, crying: “Oh Absalom, my son, my son. Would I have died instead of you. Oh Absalom, my son, my son.” This is a foreshadowing in a not altogether conclusive or immediately evident way of the story recorded in the New Testament.
In the New Testament, we find that God the Father does that which David longed to do. He longed to give his life to restore his son, but he couldn’t do it, for only God can give his live to save his Son. Speaking to humanity, Blake put these words into the mouth of Jesus: “Fear not! Unless I die thou can’st not live. But if I die I shall arise again and thou with me. Wouldest thou love one who never died for thee? Or ever die for one who had not died for thee? And if God dieth not for Man, and giveth not himself eternally for Man, Man could not exist.” God died by emptying himself of his divinity. He is not pretending he is dead, but actually becomes the very breath of life of every child born of woman.
Now walking in the forgetfulness of Man, God has prepared a plan for his return, a plan whereby everyone is redeemed.
This plan of redemption is Jesus Christ, but because it is personified man has taken the vehicle that conveyed the instruction for the instruction, and the agent that expressed the great truth for the truth expressed. If truth is to be expressed, it takes an individual man to express it. Therefore, when the story of redemption unfolds in a man, he relates his own experience.
Now we are told: “Everyone who sees and believes in the Son has eternal life.” The words “see” and “know” the same in both Hebrew and Greek, so if tonight I paint a word picture of the plan of salvation, I am showing you God’s Son. It does not necessarily follow that you will understand what I am saying and believe me, so the statement is made: “To everyone who sees the Son and believes…” Tonight I hope I can tell it so clearly that everyone can follow and understand what I say and accept it!
Jesus Christ is not a man! He is not a person, but God’s plan of redemption which must be discovered and understood. To enter this world one must wear a body of flesh and blood; yet we are told that flesh and blood cannot enter the kingdom of heaven. It takes a spiritual body to enter that kingdom and my words are spirit! If I tell you a story that many in this audience have experienced, and you accept it, you too will experience the truth that will set you free. No man can set you free. This man called Neville is simply an agent expressing truth. It is not good enough for you to just understand it. You must believe – not in Neville – but in the truth he is expressing from this platform and his books. If I lie and you believe what I say then you can’t prove it and will remain a slave. And oh, the pain that is promised to the teacher who dares to lie and mislead those who trust him. (Read it in the Book of James.)
I am telling you what I have experienced, so I can’t lie. Jesus Christ, God’s story of salvation, has been fulfilled in me. I have experienced the birth; the discovery of God who is David; the splitting of the temple which is one’s body, the ascent of the Son of man into heaven, and the descent of the dove. The majority of the people of the world will not accept my story, for they want a person on the outside as their personal savior. Tonight many who are facing their inevitable departure from this world are hoping to meet what they call their “savior,” but their savior is a plan of salvation who is God Himself!
When they ask you the question and insist on a Yes or No answer, ask them to come and reason with you in this manner: You believe in scripture? Let us turn to the 11th chapter of Matthew and read the story concerning John the Baptist. It is said of him: “Among those born of woman, none is greater than John the Baptist, yet the least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he.” Now let me ask you: Is Jesus Christ man of flesh and blood? Then he is not greater than John the Baptist. You don’t believe that? Well, it was Jesus Christ who made the statement: “No one born of women is greater than John the Baptist.” If you insist that Jesus Christ was born of woman and therefore in this world of flesh and blood, then he is not greater than John the Baptist. In fact, if you insist that Jesus Christ is a man of flesh and blood, and the least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than John, then is he not also greater than Jesus Christ?
God’s plan of salvation, is an entirely supernatural drama and hasn’t a thing to do with any child which came (or comes) from the womb of a woman. His story takes place in an entirely different area, for man comes out of his own skull. That’s the birth from above. There is a wonderful hiddenness of Christ in the 6th, 8th, 18th, and 19th chapters of the Gospel of John.
“Isn’t this Joseph’s son? How can he now say: ‘I came down from heaven’? He is Joseph’s son in the eyes of hundreds of millions of people, but Jesus doesn’t make that confession. Rather he tells you: “I have come down from heaven not to do my will, but the will of him who sent me, and heaven is within.” How can Jesus be sent from heaven and be Joseph’s son if Joseph is a mortal man?
In the 8th chapter of John they ask him: “Who is your father?” and he replied: “You know neither me nor my Father, for if you knew me you would know my Father also.” In other words, if you know Christ in the true sense of the word, you wouldn’t ask because you would know that he is yourself. You would know: “My Father is he who you call God. I know my Father and you know not your God.” You will find the hiddenness of Christ all through the Book of John. And although it takes a man to express God’s plan, Christ cannot be seen by mortal eyes. He can only be known and experienced as the plan of salvation.
One who expressed the truth stood before Pilate, who said: “Who are you and where are you from?” And when he would not answer, Pilate said: “Do you not know I have the power to release you or to crucify you?” Then truth replied: “You have no power over me unless it is given you from above.” (This word translated “above” is “another” translated in the 3rd chapter of John as: “You must be born from above.”) His world is not this world, for did he not say: “I am not of this world”? The drama unfolds in an entirely different world and what I share with you is that which I have experienced in that other world.
Now, let me share an experience that was recently shared with me. The lady writes: “Last Sunday night I felt your presence so strong that I sat down expecting to see you. Instead, all I saw were lights flickering on and off like fireflies. Then I went to bed and this is my dream. I was watching my tape recorder run, observing the tape move from one reel to the other, when I remembered that if I would arrest the activity I observed in my own mind, it would freeze. Immediately I stopped the activity in my imagination and the reel moved no more. I notice that the instant I did it, something in me opened and expanded; but I could not start the reel again until I contracted my senses. This fascinated me so I did it several times, each time realizing that I could not start the action in my open and expanded state. Only when I had contracted my senses once more would the reel start and move, seemingly independent of my perception of it. And when I awoke I was disappointed because I had not stopped and started people, but then I realized the significance of the symbolism of the dream and was elated once more.”
There is only God! God is the eternal state of existence! God in procession and God in return! Her experience of the night is a foreshadowing of her return to union with herself! Coming into the world she has played her part and is now tasting of the power everyone will exercise in the new age, a power completely unknown to man. Man is frightened by his own little devices and thinks they can blast the universe apart, but they are only little firecrackers. You might have seen yesterday’s Los Angeles Times where the astrophysicists at Cal Tech claim there are one hundred billion galaxies in our universe, with each galaxy containing one hundred billion stars; yet they can find nothing like our small little earth. The only thing in the universe that could cradle this biological experiment called Man is right here in our small planet – consisting of a sun and called Earth.
If you dwell upon this thought you should feel so great! The entire universe was created by an orgasm of God to produce this one little system! Have you ever seen the orgasm of a man under the microscope?
Billions of live organisms are there to attempt the likeness of the man, and only one is successful. Here is God’s orgasm, and one system comes out that can cradle his experiment to make man in his own image. There is nothing here that can do it! God had to die in order for man to live knowing “If I die I shall arise again and thou with me, for if God dieth not for man and gives himself eternally for man, man could not exist.”
When God became man he brought with him his plan of salvation, called Jesus Christ. The churches have organized and personified him. They have painted pictures of him and placed them on the wall, but that is not Jesus Christ! Jesus Christ is God’s eternal plan of salvation, which is expressed by a man. No one knows the authors of the gospels. Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John are anonymous names of men who related their own experiences. Personifying the Son, they call him Jesus Christ, but man not knowing this cannot discriminate between the state and its occupant, so he takes the state and worships it. Jesus Christ is God’s plan of salvation which unfolds in a man!
Now you will carry on when I am gone and you will be asked about him. When they ask you if you believe that a man called Jesus Christ was born of Mary, lived, and was crucified on a wooden cross, tell them the true story of salvation. You can, for you will be witnesses! You will have been born form above. You will have found David, who calls you Father. You will have been split in two, ascended into heaven, and witnessed the descent of the dove. When you have had all of these experiences you will be witnesses to the truth of God’s word. As a witness, you are the fruit of the tree of life upon which Jesus Christ (as God’s eternal plan) was crucified.
Men are looking for that tree in time and space, but Blake tells us: “The gods of the Earth and Sea sought through Nature to find this tree, but their search is all in vain; there grows one in the human brain.” That’s where Jesus Christ (God’s plan of salvation) is embedded. Engrafted there, it grows and erupts into these major events until the climax is reached, which is the descent of the dove. Then the man in whom the eruption has taken place will linger to tell of his experience and encourage his brothers. Then he will depart, not to be restored to this terrestrial world, but to enter that age called the kingdom of heaven, where he will exercise a power greater than the wildest dream of mortal man.
When God’s plan of salvation is complete, you have returned to yourself. That’s divine reunion. Then you will know from experience: “I came out from the consciousness of being the Father, and came into the world by being aware of its existence. Again I am leaving the world and returning to the awareness of being the Father.” Remember: there is only God the Father! This world is not some accident, but a plan to create and expand the creative power of God. There is no limit to your expansion, only a limit to contraction. Man is that limit. Taking on the limit of contraction and the opacity which is man, God unfolds himself in man to know unlimited translucency and expansion!
Jesus Christ is God’s plan of salvation. When you can see this clearly in your mind’s eye, you are seeing the Son of God, for God’s plan is his Son called Jesus Christ. If you reject this, you do not believe in yourself. The entire gospel of John tells about faith and lack of belief in self! John tells you a story about himself He is expressing truth and personifying it as a man and it’s the truth you should worship, not the man! John urges you to “Hold onto the truth, for the truth will set you free.”
If you accept the word of God that abides in you, you will know its truth and be set free. But if you say: “I want this wisdom, but if I could find out how he made his millions I would delay this for a while and come back tomorrow. I want the millions first,” I say to you: “O foolish one, your soul is required of you tonight. Tomorrow I will put you in a sphere where you will have your millions, but you will have to work for it.”
Don’t think that because you are now playing a noble part, you cannot move to an ignoble one. Just like an actor, you may play the part of a king on the stage of time and space tonight, and tomorrow is cast in the role of a clown. “God only acts and is in existing beings or men.” We are cast in role after role, until the work we asset out to do is completed in us. And regardless of what we do now, or our social or intellectual position, when we leave here we are cast in our appropriate roles. This I know from experience. Everything is done and everything is perfect. God planned everything as it has come to pass, and as it will be consummated.
So to you who are teaching now and to those who will follow, mark my words, you are going to be asked: “Don’t you believe in Jesus Christ as a man whose mother was Mary?” This is a question I have been asked all through my teaching years. Just before I closed last December a man took issue with me, for my words were in conflict with his concept of Jesus Christ. He had him as someone of flesh and blood on the outside and could not give up that concept. He has never returned, but that is the fulfillment of the 6th chapter of John, for when the people heard his words, they said: “These are hard sayings,” and they left, never to walk with him again. I am only fulfilling scripture. I tell the truth as I have experienced it and there will be those, like this gentleman, who will not walk with me again. He cannot walk with me while believing in a physical Jesus Christ, when my concept of him is the personification of truth, of God’s plan of salvation.
This truth must be expressed by man, so a man comes and expresses it. One must learn to leave the man alone and hold onto the truth, for the truth will then engraft itself into you and unfold within you. Then you will know who Jesus Christ really is because when he unfolds in you everything said of him is experienced by you. And when you read that David called God “My Father,” and David calls you “Father,” then are you not God? If it is said that God’s body was split from top to bottom, and it happens to you, are you not God? As these events happen, the whole Bible will open up, and you will see the wisdom of Blake when he said: “Rivers, mountains, cities, villages – all are you, for in eternity all are men.”
Scripture records that the Mount of Olives was split, but you will know that it was your own body that was divided. You will discover yourself to be the River Jordan, for there is nothing but Man. When you enter into the awareness of being the mountains, the villages, and the cities you will walk in their heavens and earth, for “All that you behold, though it appears without, it is within you, in your Imagination of which this world of mortality is but a shadow.” All of the mountains of the scriptures are within you, as are the cities and the villages, regardless of their names. You become the Jerusalem, the bride who comes down at the dawn. Being God, individualized, you will personify God’s plan of salvation called Jesus Christ, for there is nothing but Man, and Man is God.
Now let us go into the silence.
What is a Church
Judge Brattin, Eastern District of California,
in Universal Life Church, Inc. vs. United States, 372 F. Supp. 770, 776 (E.D. Cal 1974)
“…neither this court nor any branch of this government will consider the merits or fallacies of a religion. Nor will the court compare the beliefs, dogmas, and practices of a newly organized religion with those of an older, more established religion. Nor will the court praise or condemn a religion, however excellent or fanatical or preposterous it may seem. Were the court to do so, it would impinge upon the guarantee of the First Amendment.”
But, organizing for religious purposes is a protected right and government is prohibited under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution and related legislation from regulating or interfering with religious exercise. Taxation is considered a form of regulation and is therefore prohibited where religion and churches are concerned.
We are a Florida Unincorporated Church
What that Means:
Florida Statues section 692.101 describes how unincorporated churches are recognized with respect to ownership of real property:
“Conveyances to or by trustees of unincorporated churches.—
“(1) Every deed or other instrument transferring real property to named or unnamed trustees of a named unincorporated church, including a deed or instrument executed prior to May 21, 1986, vests title to the real property in the trustees of the named unincorporated church and their successors with full power and authority to convey and mortgage the property transferred.
“(2) Every deed or mortgage of real property in this state executed by the trustees of an unincorporated church and recorded in the public records of the county in which the real property is located prior to May 21, 1986, shall be held to be a good and valid deed or mortgage transferring or encumbering the church property described in the deed or mortgage.
“(3) The pastor or secretary of, or other administrative person authorized by, an unincorporated church may execute an affidavit stating the names of the trustees of the unincorporated church as of the date or dates stated in the affidavit. Such an affidavit is conclusive as to the facts stated therein as to purchasers and mortgagees without notice.”
Summary of our Status
We are often asked what kind of organization we are. The simple answer is we are a church. However, some people remain confused about what legal status a church has in the USA, for example, we are occasionally sent requests similar to the below example;
“Please send us a copy of a document confirming your status as a non-profit organization. Examples include 501c3 determination letter, a declaration, and proof of registration.”
Strictly speaking, a church is not a “non-profit organization” (i.e. a charity) as some assume, so it is factually incorrect to place churches and charities in the same category as they are substantially different types of bodies. Churches do often engage in secondary benevolent activities and missions, but this not the reason churches are excluded from taxation under the laws of the United States. Churches are primarily religious bodies and religious activity, religious association, and religious worship are protected from regulation, including taxation, by federal and state laws in the United States. This seems to confuse many people who are used to working with charitable groups. They often lump churches and charities together. It may help to think of it in terms of fundamental rights. In the United States organizing for charitable purposes is not a protected right; it is a privilege that can be, and is, regulated by the government. But, organizing for religious purposes is a protected right, and the government is prohibited under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution and related legislation from regulating or interfering with religious exercise. Taxation is considered a form of regulation and is therefore prohibited where religion and churches are concerned.
How is a Church Different than a 501(c)(3) Non-profit Charitable Organization?
Globus Church of Wealth and Wellness Trust is a church. A church is an ecclesiastical body with an exclusively religious function. Churches in the United States have an exceptional and unique tax status. This has been true since the First Amendment of the Bill of Rights of the U.S. Constitution was ratified in 1791. The First Amendment includes language that protects the free exercise of religion. It mandates:
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
Pursuant to the above — Section 508(c)(1)(A) of the Internal Revenue Code as enacted by Congress provides that churches are not required or expected to apply for recognition of Section 501(c)(3) status in order to be recognized as free from federal taxation or to receive tax-deductible contributions.
Now let us look at what the federal government says about churches and taxation more closely:
Churches are Not Expected to Apply for 501(c)(3) Exemption
In order to be considered for tax-exempt status by the IRS an organization must fill out and submit IRS Form 1023 (Application for Recognition of Exemption Under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code). However, note what the IRS says regarding churches, in Publication 557:
“Some organizations are not required to file Form 1023. These include:
“Churches, interchurch organizations of local units of a church, conventions or associations of churches, or integrated auxiliaries of a church … These organizations are exempt automatically if they meet the requirements of section 501(c)(3). “
Churches Are Automatically Tax-Exempt
According to IRS Code § 508(c)(1)(A):
“Special rules with respect to section 501(c)(3) organizations.
(a) New organizations must notify secretary that they are applying for recognition of section 501(c)(3) status.
(c) Exceptions.
(1) Mandatory exceptions. Subsections (a) and (b) shall not apply to—
(A) churches, their integrated auxiliaries, and conventions or associations of churches. “
This is referred to as the “mandatory exception” rule. Thus, we see from the IRS’ own publications, and the tax code, that it is unnecessary and unexpected for any church to apply for 501(c)(3) tax exemption. In the IRS’ own words a church is “exempt automatically” from federal tax laws.
Churches Are “Automatically Tax-Deductible”
And what about tax-deductibility? Doesn’t a church still need to become a 501(c)(3) so that contributions to the church can be taken as a tax deduction? The answer, as we will see is No. According to IRS Publication 526 “Charitable Contributions”:
“Organizations That Qualify To Receive Deductible Contributions
“You can deduct your contributions only if you make them to a qualified organization. To become a qualified organization, most organizations other than churches and governments, as described below, must apply to the IRS. “
“Examples. The following list gives some examples of qualified organizations.
• Churches, a convention or association of churches, temples, synagogues, mosques, and other religious organizations.”…
IRS Publication 526 states again in ‘Table 1’ that contributions made to churches are deductable:
“Examples of Charitable Contributions… Use the following lists for a quick check of contributions you can or cannot deduct.
Deductible as Charitable Contributions:
Money or property you give to:
• Churches, synagogues, temples, mosques, and other religious organizations.”…
In the IRS’ own words a church is automatically tax-deductible.
Churches Have a Mandatory Exception from Filing
Churches are not expected to seek 501(c)(3) status. In the words of Steve Nestor, IRS Sr. Revenue Officer (ret.):
“I am not the only IRS employee who’s wondered why churches go to the government and seek permission to be exempted from a tax they didn’t owe to begin with, and to seek a tax deductible status that they’ve always had anyway”; “Churches are in an amazingly unique position”.
The IRS again states:
“a church, its integrated auxiliaries, or a convention of churches is not required to file Form 1023 [“Application for Recognition of Exemption Under Section 501(c)(3)”] to be exempt from federal income tax or to receive tax deductible contributions “ — (Tax Exempt Status for Your Organization, IRS Publication 557).
And according to the Federal Tax Code under the heading “Charitable, etc., contributions and gifts”:
“Any charitable contribution to—
(i) a church or a convention or association of churches, …
shall be allowed to the extent that the aggregate of such contributions does not exceed 50 percent of the taxpayer’s contribution base for the taxable year. “— United States Code, Title 26, § 170(b)(1)(A)(i). [Notice the word “shall” is used to indicate that the deduction is mandatory, and not discretionary.]
The reason why churches enjoy this exceptional tax status is stated in IRS Publication 1828,
“Congress has enacted special tax laws applicable to churches, religious organizations, and ministers in recognition of their unique status in American society and of their rights guaranteed by the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States. Churches and religious organizations are generally exempt from income tax and receive other favorable treatment under the tax law.”
Income Taxes at the State and Local Level:
Neither the county nor the city where the Globus Church Of Wealth And Wellness Trust is located has income tax ordinances in place.
The State of Florida does not have a personal income tax:
“Florida does not impose personal income, inheritance, gift taxes or intangible personal property taxes”. — Florida Department of Revenue, Tax Information for New Residents, Page 2 (Doc. No. GT-800025 – R. 10/09).
Conclusion
The Globus Church of Wealth and WellnessTrust is automatically excepted (i.e. “generally exempt”) from federal income tax, and contributions to the Church are automatically tax deductible under existing federal law. No documentation is required for a church tax exemption at the federal, state or local level, so none exists, but if you wish to make a formal request, the Church can provide you with an affidavit on Church letterhead signed by the Church’s pastor indicating that the Globus Church of Wealth and Wellness Trust is a bona fide church and the creation date and including a copy of the relevant sections of the Internal Revenue Code that apply to churches. This is usually enough proof of the Church’s tax status to satisfy any legal requirements for documentation that you may encounter. If you wish to make a formal request for an affidavit, please send your formal request on your organization’s letterhead to the address shown below:

Church Ordained by GOD:
From the book “Why all Churches should be a *508(c)(1)(A)”
Congress enacted a particular rule to specifically exempt churches from these new requirements or the new legislation would be in conflict with the Constitution. Section 508(c)(1)(A) was necessary to formally ensure that government did not unnecessarily entangle itself with the organization and operation of churches. [Separation of Church and State]
A 508(c)(1)(a) FBO [Faith-Based Organizations] tax exemption stems from the First Amendment and is not a government subsidy.
FBO’s can be organized and operate under Section 508(c)(1)(A) of the Tax Code the same as they can be organized and operate under any other section of the Tax Code. A 508(c)(1)(A) FBO has a constitutional and legal right to form; therefore, there is no required application to seek approval of tax exempt status.
Since 508(c)(1)(A) organizations are already tax exempt as a right they do not have to give up that right (religious exercise and free speech) as a condition of tax exemption.
All organizations seeking tax exempt status must apply to the IRS except FBO’s.
FBO’s can be formed under Section 508(c)(1)(A) and enjoy “mandatory exceptions” from these requirements. Section 508(c)(1)(A) was codified in the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) in order to formally establish the right to “free” exercise of religion which had been a tacit standard upon which America was founded and governed since it gained its independence. A 508(c)(1)(A) is, by the very nature of its creation, a religious, non-profit, tax-exempt organization.
Section 508 was part of the legislation passed in the Tax Reform Act of 1969 (H.R. 13270), codified as Public Law 91-17253
The intent of our U.S. Congress in passing Section 508(c)(1)(A) was to make sure that important First Amendment religious and speech rights were protected when they overhauled and authorized sweeping new changes to the Tax Code in 1969. The Act included substantial changes in the treatment of private foundations and 501(c)(3) organizations. The changes included requirements that organizations [Churches are specifically excepted from these requirements] seeking tax exempt status had to first apply, file a tax return annually, comply with rules and regulations that the IRS may from time to time prescribe, keep records of income and expenses, and render under oath statements about the organization.
Ministry and the 501c3
IRS Church or Gods Church
What happens when a church submits a form 1023 tax-exempt application?
The 501c3 church’s must operate according to government rules…They have to follow the rules. The rules are here in this publication (publication 1828 (Rev. 8-2015) Tax Guide for Churches and Religious Organizations, (https://taxmap.ntis.gov/taxmap/ts0/publication1828tax_p_5b7166f7.htm)
Pg 8, Individual Activity by Religious Leaders
The political campaign activity prohibition isn’t intended to restrict free expression on political matters by leaders of churches or religious organizations speaking for themselves, as individuals. Nor are leaders prohibited from speaking about important issues of public policy. However, for their organizations to remain tax exempt under IRC Section 501(c)(3), religious leaders can’t make partisan comments in official organization publications or at official church functions. To avoid potential attribution of their comments outside of church functions and publications, religious leaders who speak or write in their individual capacity are encouraged to clearly indicate that their comments are personal and not intended to represent the views of the organization.
Many ministers believe they must by law seek IRS exemption from federal taxes…even though in its various publications the IRS disagrees with that unfounded belief. Such ministers believe their legitimacy derives from such government approval…and not from God. However, when you ask them what those numbers and letter mean…they are not so sure.
The 501c3 form 1023 application is an example of the churches crossing boundaries [out of Church in to State] seeking and consenting to the jurisdiction and regulation/rules of the federal government. And, of course, what the government silences under 501c3 is political speech.
Such jurisdiction and regulation are contrary to God’s revealed word and God’s law.
Churches and religious organizations, like many other charitable organizations, qualify for exemption from federal income tax under IRC Section 501(c)(3) and are generally eligible to receive tax-deductible contributions. To qualify for tax-exempt status, the organization must meet the following requirements (covered in greater detail throughout this (publication 1828 (Rev. 8-2015) Tax Guide for Churches and Religious Organizations,
